Potato rösti are basically swedish hash browns. They are crispy, delicious and if you ask me, they’re the perfect hors d’oeuvres vehicle. These are so easy to make, and absolutely gorgeous so if you have guests coming over, these are perfect. I topped mine with smoked salmon, creme fraiche, dill and caviar.

1 Russet potato (peeled).
1 Sweet potato (peeled).
2 tbsp butter (melted).
2 tbsp gluten free flour.
½ tsp Salt and pepper.
1.Grate both potatoes, I used my food processor but a cheese grater works.
2 In a pan, add the potatoes and cook covered for 5 min.
3 Add in the butter, flour, salt and pepper.
4 Using a round cookie cutter, form little circles in a cookie sheet. Press well with fingers.
5 Bake at 425 for 30-35 min. Be checking them to make sure they don't burn.
