Method


1. Make the Marinade

Start by placing all marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well to combine. This blend of flavors will elevate your swordfish!


2. Marinate the Swordfish

Rinse the swordfish steaks in cold water and pat them dry. Keep the skin on! It helps prevent the steaks from falling apart while grilling. Place the fish in a non-reactive dish and cover it with the marinade. Make sure to coat all sides. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.


3. Prepare the Grill
