½ tsp chili powder

Italian Herb Marinade:
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Orange Ginger Marinade:
1 Tbsp olive oil
¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 Tbsp orange zest
2 garlic cloves - minced
1 ½ tsp ground ginger
salt and pepper - to taste
