Parmesan Crusted Air Fryer Tilapia (Keto Low Carb)

Parmesan crusted air fryer tilapia is a quick and simple dinner to make - 15 minutes and 5 ingredients to get this TASTY healthy fish recipe on the table! This recipe is gluten-free, low carb, keto, and has no added sugar.


  1. Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees.

  2. In a plastic bag add parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, pepper and salt. Shake bag to mix.

  3. In a small shallow bowl whisk egg.

  4. Dip tilapia fillets one at a time into the beaten egg. Place fish in the bag (one at a time) and shake to coat evenly with breading.

  5. Place fillets in the fryer basket and coat the pieces with olive oil spray—Cook for 5 minutes.

  6. Turn the fillet over and respray them with olive oil spray—air fry 2 to 3 more minutes, or until done.
