1 stick of butter, softened or melted2 cloves of garlic, grated2 tablespoons lemon juice (about 1/2 a lemon)1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1/4 cup grated Pecorino Romano or Parmesan cheeseSalt, pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped12 fresh oysters on the half shellAdditional 1/2 cup grated Pecorino Romano or Parmesan cheese2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Prepare the Garlic Butter Mixture: In a bowl, mix together the butter, grated garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup of grated cheese, salt, pepper, cayenne, and chopped parsley until well combined. Set this mixture aside.Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill to 350°F (180°C).Grill the Oysters: Arrange the oysters on the half shell directly on the preheated grill.
